Join us for a unique experience at The Seaside Studio SW where we will guide you through a calming journey of cacao ceremony, soothing scent exploration, and breath work techniques to help you manage stress and find inner peace. This in-person event is designed to help you relax, unwind, and reconnect with yourself. In this gathering, we will create a safe space to journey inward, supported by the healing gifts of plants and breathwork. We will be working with:

🌸 Rose – a flower that teaches us what true self love really is. A symbol of love, heart opening, and divine feminine personal power.

💜 Lavender – to calm the nervous system and support the vagus nerve, which runs through the body and plays a vital role in regulation and stress release.

🍫 Cacao – as heart medicine, to open, nurture connection, and bring warmth into our circle.

Together with these plants, alongside sound, spiritual practice, breathwork, grounding, we will explore ways to support both body and soul—learning to listen deeply, to soften stress, and to connect from the heart.
