Come join us for a one of a kind experience this Halloween weekend at the Maui Yoga and Dance Shala! Dive deep into your roots as we journey through the Veil Between Worlds in this mini retreat. Connect with your higher self & lineage through a variety of practices - where we'll dance between movement & stillness, to embody what it means to be a living remembrance of our ancestors.

Costumes are highly encouraged!

Snacks & water will be provided - as well as heartopening, revitalizing elixirs by Chanel.

We will have 15 minute breaks between classes to integrate, refuel, & connect.

Info: We begin by gathering together, arriving fully and grounding into the space. Through gentle energetic clearing and intention setting, we release what is ready to be shed and open to what wishes to come through.

An herbal elixir ceremony will invite us to sip the medicine of the Earth, anchoring us in presence and prayer as we cross the threshold together and begin our journey.

We begin with relational somatic practices that gently attune us to presence, safety, and connection—awakening the wisdom held in our nervous systems and the stories woven into our cells. As we ground into embodiment, we open ourselves to divine love.

From this place of rooted awareness, you’ll be guided on a shamanic journey to meet your ancestors in the spirit realm. Here, we listen for the whispers of those who walked before us, receiving their guidance, blessings, and medicine for our path ahead.

Together, we’ll weave movement, stillness, and reflection to integrate what arises—honoring body and spirit, self and lineage, seen and unseen.
