Series 1: Winter Restorative Workshop

WINTER RESTORATIVE WORKSHOP!!

This seasonal series workshop will be taking place in the San Juan Salt Cave in Pagosa Springs, CO! The Salt Cave is a serene room filled with healing Himalayan Salt. This Salt has many benefits for the lungs, skin & more.

This will be a time to invite in what it means to be in your Winter. Winter months are known for deep introspection & stillness. In this restorative workshop, we will be offering ways to reset the nervous system, calm the mind & finding balance by guiding you through plant aromatherapy, breath-work sequences, & guided imagery meditation. This workshop is for people seeking inner healing, transformation, body-mind connection & to learn new restorative practices.
