HU is a beautiful prayer that has helped me countless times and in so many ways. Recently, I lost a loved one and sang HU to lessen the feelings of grief. It helps heal the heart. I sing HU each day and gain a better understanding of why things happen the way they do in my life. Anyone can sing HU, no matter your age, background, or religion.

Join the Spiritual Experiences Group of Pagosa Springs to Ignite Your Spiritual Growth – Experience HU, an Ancient Mantra and Sacred Sound. We meet on Sunday, September 21, at 1:00p. We will experience the HU song and follow it with a discussion.
We meet at the Pagosa Lakes Clubhouse, 230 Port Ave, in Pagosa Springs.
