Bridget McCloskey, A Certified Meditation Teacher, Healer, and, Spiritual Coach, has been practicing meditation for eleven years. During that time, she experienced profound healing, cultivated unconditional self-love, and educated herself in ancient wisdom traditions and teachings.
Diagnosed with Crohn's Disease at the age of 15, Bridget understands the impact stress has on the body. Struggling with the combination of Crohn's Disease and sexual trauma, she found herself down a path of self-destruction and hate. Through therapy, acupuncture, and meditation, she found healing in all realms.
Bridget received the call to become a teacher in 2018. Davidji, a world-renowned Meditation Teacher, Ayurvedic Healer, and Vedic Master, became her guide. On March 17, 2019, she received her Level 1 Master of Wisdom and Mediation Teacher Certification from the davidji meditation academy.
Now, she serves as a bridge, a gentle guide for others to cross into the deepest & highest places within themselves, offering connection to stillness and Self.
Bridget abides by the concepts of Oneness, Love, and Healing. Her intention as a teacher is to share the powerful, transformative benefits of meditation and be a safe place for others to heal.
