We are thrilled that your journey towards better health and wellness has led you to us! Since it was introduced in the U.S. over 50 years ago, millions of men and women of all ages and fitness levels have discovered the many benefits of Bikram Yoga. After years of running track and weight training, Kendra, owner and director of Bikram Yoga Works© developed chronic knee pain, which led to surgery in 2010. Bikram Yoga helped to strengthen and heal her knees. It also helps her manage stress and the demands of a very busy, but rewarding life. Bikram Yoga changed her life. It was the one opportunity that she had to focus completely on herself without the distractions of life and it was a time for her to also connect with like-minded, health-seeking individuals.
