With a big voice and bigger heart, Payton Riley has been impressing audiences with her crystal clear vocals since the tender age of 9. Her musical talents extend beyond the microphone, however, as this rising star writes many of her own songs, delivering a powerful message that belies her young age. When not in Memphis honing her songwriting skills, you can find Payton performing around Houston as well as Dallas/Fort Worth and the Texas Hill Country.
She released her first EP in early 2022. Listen here. 2023 has been a big year for Payton, releasing “Long Live Cowboys” and “Packin.” Payton also won “Young Artist of the Year” in the 2023 Texas Country Music Awards presented by the Texas Country Music Association. Plus, her song “He Chose You For A Reason” was a top 10 finalist in the 2023 TCMA Songwriter Contest.
