Minnesota Hands & Voices, a program of Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota, is a community of families with children who are deaf and hard of hearing. Our Parent Guides are themselves parents of diverse and wonderful children who are deaf and hard of hearing, and our Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) Guides are a diverse group of successful adults ready to share their lived experiences with you. Together, we share the same emotions, decisions, and questions as the families we serve across the state. And, we know this – there are no limits to your child’s potential.
