Hello, Soaring Souls!I am Marie of Soaring Soul Wellness.My yoga journey began for managing stress and improving flexibility. While deepening my own practice and understanding, I became inspired to share the beauty of yoga with others; through connection of mind, body, and spirit in loving curiosity, acceptance, and gratitude.Trainings completed: RYT 500, Ayurveda Specialist Certification, Restorative Yoga, Accessibility Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Meditation, Chair Yoga (for seniors), Prenatal Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga, Cuppsana (massage cupping meets yin yoga), and Yin Yoga.Private in-person and online classes are available upon request.
