In response to the growing uncertainty and heightened stress during this unprecedented time, Fox Haven would like to offer a special digital healing circle to help you navigate the coming days with mindfulness, compassion, and presence.
Healing circles are based on the holistic philosophy that “the whole is a system that is greater than the sum of its parts”. The intention of a healing circle is to invite you to step away from what’s going on around you, step away from social isolation and into a safe space with a community of open hearts.
The basic rules are:
We treat each other with kindness and respect. With that said we want to make sure that everyone has their microphones on mute and
Only unmute when you are speaking.
We listen with compassion and curiosity.
We honor each other’s unique ways to healing and don’t presume to advise or fix or try to save each other
We hold all stories shared in the Circle confidential.
We trust each of us has guidance we need within us and we rely on the power of silence to access it.
