Dixie holds a Master’s in Community Counseling and is a certified QMHP for both adults and children in the state of Virginia. Dixie has had close to 20 years of working with children, individuals and families, addressing behaviors, symptom management for emotional and mental wellness. Dixie received her training, as a Certified Wellness Coach, from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. While attending IIN, Dixie received in-depth training in nutrition, health and wellness, and coaching skills. Dixie became a Health Coach to fulfill her desire to provide natural solutions to symptom management through aligning the mind and body for achieving your wellness goals. Dixie offers individual coaching to individuals, parents and families and classes.
