Capital Art Therapy LLC is located in Concord NH and was established in 2019. I began this practice as a registered art therapist and hold an active clinical mental health license in the state of New Hampshire and Maine. I provide art therapy and mental health counseling services to al ages including children, adolescents and adults. This is offered in both a remote telehealth platform and in-person at my office at 13 Chenell Drive in Concord, NH. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, and ADHD. My approach in sessions includes using art based techniques to promote understanding and healing, combined with Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). I have certifications in Mindfulness, ADHD, and Trauma care, and I am currently working to include animal assisted therapies into my practice. Workshop offerings are to provide a place for others to explore their creativity and learn skills they can use outside of being in a traditional counseling setting. These workshops are meant to be informative, and not a replacement for individual counseling.
