Escape Events

WELCOME TO ESCAPE - A fresh, new and vibrant space for bi and lesbian women.
Based in Cardiff, our events take place each month bringing women from Wales and the Borders together for an array of exciting experiences!
There is a distinct lack of social activities for bi and lesbian women and it's high time that this was rectified!
Once a month ESCAPE will offer a Supper Club evening at a different location; sometimes fine dining, sometimes a curry & a pint - variety is the spice of life after all! These Supper Club nights will take place on Fridays.
Additionally, ESCAPE will be arranging monthly activity days, to be held on the Saturday after Supper Club. This means that for anyone coming from further afield (and we LOVE meeting new women - we're very welcoming!) you can enjoy a full weekend exploring Cardiff and the surrounding area, making your journey to the Welsh capital worth your while if travelling from afar.
Just as the Supper Club restaurants will vary each month, catering for all tastes and budgets, so too will the activity days. Ideas we have in mind range from white water rafting, surfing and kayaking to pottery sessions, theatre trips and quad bike racing! We're putting a heavy emphasis on being open to new experiences!
Finally, every few months we will be arranging for a more hedonistic weekend away to some of the few surviving lesbian clubs as we ESCAPE to Birmingham and London for a weekend of drinks, dancing and who knows what else!
Whilst ESCAPE will be running events each month, we would also encourage members to use this space to find other like-minded women to join in on whatever interests you. Fancy seeing a particular film? Fancy attending a particular concert? Or maybe do you just fancy going for a pint? If there's something you wanna do and you fancy company - please feel free to use the #NoticeBoard hashtag to invite others to join you.
Life passes by quickly - we have too little time not to live it to the full so if you want to ESCAPE with us, we would be very happy to see you!
