The Rotten Luck Club is at the Pop-up Parlour!
Come along for a 2 hour cheese-making demonstration and tasting session! Local enthusiast Erin will guide us through the process and share her love for all things cheese.
• What - 2 hr workshop where you'll be shown how to making a fresh batch of cheese (probably halloumi and maybe also paneer), and everyone can take some home.
• When - 2pm-4pm, 28 September 2025
• Where - St Marks, 98 Rāwhiti Road, Pukerua Bay (opposite school)

• What to bring? Anything yummy for the tasting session. Bonus points if it is home made.
• Who - Kids welcome to join but they will need their own ticket and must be supervised by a caregiver at all times.
We will also have a tasting session of different types of cheeses for everyone to sample.
Bring any questions you have and you'll be able to look at the range of equipment used too. Will have tips and tricks for setting up at home, including sourcing the right type of milk and getting your hands on some rennet.

All paid events are helping to fundraise for the Pop-up Parlour.
The bar at the RSA will be open for further alcohol purchases. Please do not bring your own alcohol to the venue.
Note, no paywave facilities. Cash and card only. Do not drink and drive - arrange a lift if you are drinking alcohol. Pukerua Bay Hub will not be liable for any unruly behaviour.
