Winter Solstice Celebration
Sunday 12/21/25 at 4:30-6:30 Come and join a Solstice Celebration, so you can rest, restore, and reset, with restorative yoga, a chakra meditation and ceremony to honor Persephone. This is the time we welcome the light back and have hope for whatever you dream to manifest in 2026.
What to expect- Come and settle into my home yoga studio. I have mats, blankets, blocks and bolsters. Please feel free to bring your own yoga set-ups. Opening and introductions. Once we are settled everyone will light a candle on the altar to welcome in the light.
Light stretching and gentle movement to start, then everyone will set-up in a restorative position. I will guide you through a chakra meditation and clearing. Sending each of you Reiki and using singing bowls. Moving into a second restorative position and another meditation meeting and honoring Persephone the Goddess of the crops and of the underworld.
After the meditations is the time to journal for about 5 minutes. What
do you envision for yourself in 2026 or anything else that comes up. Sharing with others only if you would like, keeping it brief. Then we
will close out the circle.
Finishing up with food, community, conversation, relaxing, and Oracle
Cards.
