10th Annual Filley's Fine Sauces BBQ Cook-Off (Wings, Ribs, Chili and Dessert)

This year's event will benefit Six String Heroes. The chili portion of the event will be a People's Choice. For $10 the public will be able to sample the chili and vote on their favorite. Wings, ribs and dessert will be judged. The Eagles will be selling BBQ for the public as well.

Wings will be provided with the entry free. Ribs, chili and dessert are provided by the contestants. Wings and ribs must be cooked on site.

Contestants need to provide their own grills, supplies, tables, pop-up canopies, etc. No electricity will be provided.

For those competing in chili, there will be a place to plug in crock pots for heating (if needed).
