Ginger Bug starter class

Let’s do a ginger bug class!!! I love to make fermented sodas and after sharing them with my friends I was encouraged to have this class. Fermented sodas increase probiotics for gut health, which supports digestion and the immune system, as well as beneficial enzymes, vitamins, and antioxidants. They can act as a healthier, low-sugar alternative to traditional sodas, potentially improving complexion, lowering cholesterol, and supporting weight loss when part of balanced lifestyle. In this class I will teach you how to make a ginger bug starter, and how to add it to juice making soda! Everyone will leave with their own ginger bug!!! Kids are encouraged to come and lean as well!
