The Rescue Effect Adoption Event

The Brandywine Valley SPCA (BVSPCA) is participating in the ASPCA’s Rescue Effect campaign to raise awareness about the importance of pet adoption and place more animals into loving homes.

During this effort, all BVSPCA locations will offer waived adoption fees for all animals the weekend of September 6 & 7.
