Schedule & Highlights

• 10:00–11:30 AM — Gratitude Mixer & Reception
  Meet our community of wellness partners over light breakfast bites. Share simple ways to stay grounded and grateful through the holiday season.
• 10:00 AM–12:00 PM — Kids Club: Fall Craft Party (Care & Gratitude)
  Create festive placemats for residents (make one to gift + one to take home) and enjoy easy fall crafts celebrating kindness and community.
• 10:00 AM–1:00 PM — Community Health Fair
  Explore resources, demos, and conversations to support everyday well-being—for residents, guests, families, and friends.

Your smile, a neighbor, and a spirit of gratitude. We’ll provide supplies for crafts and light refreshments.
