Junior Presentation
Sunday 14th of September
1pm till 4pm
Dunlop Park
BBQ Sausage Sizzle and Soft Drink Provided for Players.
Food and drinks will be available to purchase from the BBQ and the canteen. Alcohol will also be available to purchase from the clubhouse.
Casa Della Pizza truck will also be at the club to be able to purchase from.
Raffle tickets available to purchase on the day, prizes drawn that afternoon. (We are still taking raffle donations)
Events Schedule
1pm - Arrive - set up in an area on the fields and surrounds with your team. Good idea to bring blankets/chairs even a gazebo for your team.
On arrival coaches and managers (ONLY) collect teams' trophies, photos and vouchers for kids' food and drinks.
1.30pm - Presentation - presenting club trophies EG. 5 yr & 10 yr Medals, Goalkeeper of the year, Spirit of Oxley etc.
2pm - break away into teams to present your trophies and photos in your team groups. We do this separate from the main presentations as we have 500 junior players (over 50+ teams) and the time to present them in the large group is just too many.
Food and Drink will be available for kids to collect after the awards are all finished.
Rides will be open from the start at 1 pm but stopped for the main trophy presentation.
If you are unable to attend presentation day, please reach out to your coach or manager to make sure you organise collection of your child's trophy and photo at another time.
