Candlelight Yin Yoga with Ambient Drumming: Fundraiser for Oxford/Orion FISH

Escape the stress of the season as you relax into the slow
meditative poses of yin yoga surrounded by soothing candlelight
and ambient sounds of drumming. Yin Yoga is a style of yoga
that involves long holds in various poses to layers of tension to
release deeper layers of fascia and quiet the mind.
In the spirit of the season, all proceeds from this class will be donated to Oxford/Orion FISH.
Donations of canned, non-perishable food items
will also be greatly appreciated!
