Community Square Dance with Instruction. Join in the fun as you learn a new skill and interact with the night’s entertainment for an evening of square dancing on Michigan’s largest wooden dance floor at The Z Hall in Owosso.
If you’ve never tried square dancing before don’t worry! There will be instructions throughout, so even beginners will look like pros. By the end of the night everyone will be moving in synchronization. Put your jeans on and bring your dancing shoes for an exciting dance hoedown! We are excited to have Paul Bryant-Ott be our square dance caller and instructor.
The event is held on Friday, January 30th from 6 - 9pm.
6:00 pm | Doors open: Get settled as the bar opens and appetizers are available for purchase.
7-9pm | Square dancing (with instruction)
Appetizers are available for purchase during the event. As always, our full service bar is open with cocktails flowing throughout the night.

Tickets ($17, students $10) are very limited to maximize dance floor experience. Please purchase your event ticket in advance and be sure your friends grab them as well! OPEN SEATING. Reminder that squares consist of 8 people, we do our best to fill squares evenly, but odd numbered groups are tricky to accommodate (not impossible, just tricky) We can make table reservations for groups of 8 or more - include in notes during ticket purchase.
