This Black Friday and Small Business Saturday, Downtown Owosso is saying "Thank You" for supporting local businesses!
On Friday November 28 and Saturday November 29, for every $10 you spend at participating Downtown Owosso businesses, you will receive a ticket to register to win a beautiful gift basket. Seven gift baskets, full of goodies from our merchants and valued over $1,500, will be raffled off on Tuesday 12/2/25. Over 40 businesses are participating in this fun drawing.
