I’m not a fan of resolutions, partially because they miss a huge awareness needed to make real change, but bigger than that, it implies we aren’t enough or will be better when, and that’s not a healthy headspace to make change from.

BEcoming is actually a process - subtle, honest and embodied. It is about learning to be with yourself in a deeper way so that whatever unfolds next is rooted in truth rather than obligation. It is not about setting another resolution. As we wrap up this class, you'll tap into your creative potential and craft your own Becoming board. You will discover techniques to harness your imagination, empowering your future self, and learn how self-talk shapes your reality, rewriting the narrative to fuel your growth, equipping you with lifelong skills that will transform your path. Unlike a vision Board which shows you the glamorous finish line you will learn how to develop techniques that purposefully guide you forward.
Becoming is a two part class that will take place on Wednesday, January 7th from 6-8 P.M. and Wednesday, January 21st from 6-8 PM This unique series is available for $50.00 and includes both classes and all supplies to create your Becoming Board.
