Roots and Wings Center Wide Family Picnic

Join us at Legion Park this Saturday Sept 20, from 3:30pm-5:30pm. We will have hotdogs, chips, carrots, bottled water and a sweet treat.
Come enjoy the food and activities. We have created this signup sheet just to make sure we have enough supplies and food. Let us know how many people will be attending. There are sections for each child. In the notes add how many adults will be attending.
