Community Drumming - Drumming Up Gratitude

November is a month devoted to gratitude...gratitude is a high vibration.

Let's come together in community and allow our nervous systems to synch up and support one another.

Holidays are stressful....so what better way to combat the stress of the holidays by drumming! Drumming reduces our stress and anxiety and helps us to connect with ourselves on a rhythmic level.

We will drum up and spread out gratitude for life, for each other and for our community...one drum beat...one breath at a time.

Cost is 15$

Park behind Willow & Ash or park on 21st Street and come up onto the front porch and enter through the front door.
