✨ What’s Happening:
Check on our new seedlings 🌱
Quick kid-friendly lesson on how seeds wake up (germination!)
Take-home experiment: mung beans + instructions + coloring sheet + QR code for parents to learn more about sprouting at home
Harvest poblano peppers and/or cranberry hibiscus before you leave (while supplies last!)
💚 Who’s Invited:
Students, families, and staff — kids encouraged! No gardening experience needed.
👩🌾 What to Bring/Wear:
Come dressed to garden
Gloves and tools not required (bring your own if you like)
Water bottle, hat, sunscreen
👉 Timing Tip:
Arrive at 8:00 if you’d like to help with general volunteer gardening
Come at 9:00 for the mini lesson + take-home kit if you’re short on time
