Join us for a meaningful day as we honor our heroes with fitness, family fun, and community support.

🟢 Grip & Rip Tennis – 12 PM
🔵 Bootcamp – 5 PM
🔴 Stair Challenge – All Day

Family Fun: Games, bounce house, EMS ambulance tour, letter-writing station for deployed soldiers, and more!

Special Guests: Army unit on-site with a Humvee 🚙

Admission is a donation of any amount to Friends In Service of Heroes or the 9/11 Memorial & Museum.

Open to members & the public—bring the whole family and join us in honoring our heroes!
