Holistic Child Birth Class at KC Full Circle Clinic

Looking for some tips and advice leading up to the birth of your child? We invite you to a Holistic Child Birth Class led by Daniella Silver, our doula, from 6:30 to 8:45 p.m. at the KC Full Circle Clinic.

The class includes:

Understanding the different phases of labor.
Breathing, relaxation and mindful labor practices.
Birth partner's role and ways to support.
Birth coping techniques.
Nutrition and wellness
Postpartum care and breastfeeding techniques.
