Finding Belonging Workshop

Now that the holidays are here, it might be difficult to find what the meaning of what belongingness even means. Come join us in this therapeutic workshop where we gather with others that are also trying to define their own meaning of belongingness by using art therapeutic interventions and group reflections. Together we will hopefully connect in our struggles in being our authentic selves in an environment where we may have difficulty in finding belongingness.
