Fall Equinox Yoga Workshop

Join Emily Darling and Angela Minard as we welcome the Autumn Equinox. The Equinox is a time of equal day and night, and is a powerful time to rebalance, restore, and refocus your energy. During this mid-harvest season, it is also a perfect time to pause and reflect on where you want to harness your energy for the remaining months of the year. There will be ample time for flowing movements, yin and restorative postures, and journaling prompts to encourage reflection and inward growth.
