1st Course: Corn Sweat Mexican Lager paired with - Mexican harvest salad with roasted butternut squash, pepitas (pumpkin seeds), pan seared tempeh, avocado, pickled red onions, queso fresco, black beans, and a honey adobo dressing
2nd Course: Suitcase Of Mystery Plum/Lemon Sour paired with - Barramundi ceviche with corn, pico de gallo, and fried plantain chips
3rd Course: Walkin' On Metcalf Cold IPA paired with - Mexican fall apart braised short ribs with an adobo sauce and cilantro verde rice
