Wine Pairing Wednesday

Bridge View Center is pleased to announce that its next Wine Pairing Wednesday will be held Wednesday, February 4. Wines are presented by Dimitri Wine & Spirits Vice President & General Sales Manager, Thomas A. Mason IV, from Davenport, Iowa.

The following is Executive Chef Adam Hunt’s planned three-course menu:

Starter

Lobster Bisque. Paired with Pasqua Black Pino Grigio – Italy.
Main Entrée

Petite Beef Filet with Truffle Butter, Blackened Shrimp, Robuchon Mashed Potatoes, Haricot Vert (French Green Beans). Paired with Pasqua Lui Cabernet Sauvignon- Italy.
Dessert

Chocolate/Strawberry Margarita Pie. Paired with Pasqua Desire & Lush Primitivo – Italy.
