We hope that you can join us for this magical Cacao Ceremony and Sound Immersion where we will celebrate Samhain. We celebrate Samhain as the earth goes dormant and prepares for the long sleep of winter. A time for honoring our ancestors and the world of spirit.
What to expect: We will begin the evening with a Cacao Ceremony facilitated by Monica and Lindsey. A Cacao Ceremony is a spiritual journey guided by the ceremonial use of cacao, a plant revered for its ability to open the heart and elevate consciousness as well as Blue Lotus Flower which is used to open the crown chakra, elevate mood and expand consciousness. Before drinking the cacao, you will be guided to set a personal intention for what you wish to call into your or release during ceremony.
After the cacao ceremony we will join together in a group meditation bringing stillness to our bodies and minds as the medicine works through our bodies. We will then immerse the senses with music, singing bowls, crystal pyramids,gong, chimes and various healing scents.
Our evening will conclude with a sharing circle and opportunity to begin integrating this beautiful experience.
What to bring: Wear comfortable clothing, blanket, pillow, water bottle (if desired) and anything that brings you comfort while resting. Eye pillows and mats will be provided!
