Kid's Yoga with Nina

Kid's Yoga with Nina invites children to embark on a journey of physical and mental well-being through dynamic and enjoyable yoga practices that capture their imagination. This class not only enhances flexibility and mindfulness but also fosters a supportive sense of community, allowing young participants to connect with themselves and each other. Through playful activities and guided exercises, children will learn valuable skills that promote overall health and confidence.

Class runs for one hour and is $10 per child or $30 per family
