Affirmation Creation Journaling Workshop

Affirmations are a positive way to shift your mindset and change your life situation. Unfortunately, many are just "generic" and don't really fit your individual situation. We're changing that!

Journaling is not just a diary, but also a way to review your growth, feelings and to face up to difficult parts of yourself (shadow) that you don't want to face or acknowledge and deal with.

This new workshop by Evette will help you to not only journal better and more completely, but to shift your journal from being just a diary to being a tool for your growth and record of your progress that you can review!

Join Evette as she helps you to actually create affirmations that fit your life, your needs, your feelings and initiate the changes you need!

Workshop does require preregistration, but we're happy to include walk-ins if there is space available.

Create your own journal with the kit to make it truly yours. Kit is $20 at the first session you attend. Since the affirmation creation will involve color, paint, markers, etc., it is suggested that you build your own journal with pages that will stand up to the expressive materials.
