Held by the land of the Waitarere Forest, I invite you to join me on the journey inward to seek and sense what is ready to be watered and nourished within you as you move into the rich and fertile season of Spring.
By use of drum, ancient language, toning, song, and connection with the spirits of the forest, you will be taken on a journey within to receive the medicine that is now ready to be revealed to you.
