Mat Pilates With Celia✨

Boston-based and currently pursuing her PAI Pilates certification, Celia Fitzgerald is excited to return to Oswego to share a pop-up class. She will be offering a 60-minute, beginner-friendly contemporary mat Pilates session focused on core strength, mobility, and functional movement. All levels welcome!

- yoga mats recomended, but not required. We will have limited extras available
