Community feedback session: Spring on Main Mixed-Use Development Update

WBP Development and the Village of Ossining are in the design phase for the Spring on Main, a mixed-use development planned for the parking lots on Main and Spring Streets, adjacent to the post office. The goal of this project is to redevelop the site into a building that features first-floor retail and is architecturally reminiscent of the historic buildings across Main Street. The project is expected to include approximately 100 residential rental units with a mix of market-rate and affordable units, with about 10% of the units priced to be affordable for those earning 80% of the Westchester County Area Median Income (AMI). This project is a key part of the Village's effort to reverse the negative impact of "urban renewal" from the 1970’s and reactivate a block-long segment of Main Street.
