The Keystone Connection Exhibition by Lauren Marshall

Through this exhibit, local artist Lauren Marshall hopes to share that same sense of wonder—and the connection she feels between all living things on Florida’s beautiful coast. From true keystones like mangroves, gopher tortoises, and oysters, to comeback stories like the roseate spoonbill, these species—and many more—are celebrated in this collection.

Marveling at the wild beauty of the Gulf Coast with her sons is the heartbeat behind The Keystone Connection. These moments remind Lauren why keystone species matter—not just for the ecosystem, but for the memories they make possible.
