As the year comes to an end, you are invited to join our gentle and grounding Women’s Circle to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself before stepping into the new year. ✨
This special year-end edition combines a Cacao Ceremony with a trauma-informed and somatic reflection process, offering you a safe space to land between the holidays for deep self-care in a safe space with a beautiful community.
This circle offers:
🌙 Guided Cacao Ceremony for presence, self-connection, and gentle grounding
🌙 Somatic practices to calm the nervous system and support embodiment
🌙 Deep reflective journaling and integration exercises to honor your journey through 2025
🌙 Intention-setting for 2026, guided through body-based resonance and inner listening
🌙 Sharing and witnessing in community, held in a non-judgmental & trauma-informed space
This circle is for you if you long to close the year consciously, not by doing more, but by meeting yourself with compassion, presence, and clarity. No previous experience is needed - come as you are.
Practical details:
📅Date: Saturday, 27 December 4-8 PM - please make sure to arrive a couple of minutes earlier so that we can start on time :)
📍 Place: Vital Oslo, Waldemar Thranes Gate 5, 0171 Oslo (2nd floor). At the front door, please use the doorbell labeled “VITAL FREM”.

🙋♀️Practical Info: Please come in comfortable clothing, we sit primarily on yoga mats, but chairs are also available if preferred. Please bring a journal and something to write with. Light snacks and tea will be served during the circle.
