All circles offer a trauma-informed, non-judgmental & holistic space and are centered around different topics. You are welcome to join any circle that resonates, each one offers its own unique experience and does not require previous attendance.
In each Women’s Circle, you will experience:
🌿Self-reflection, open sharing and deep listening in a confidential space (you are always welcome to share as much or as little as you like)
🌿Somatic practices that honor your body’s wisdom and resilience
🌿A supportive community & the possibility to deeply connect with others
