Thursday Intervals (1900!)

This event is free for members AND non-members!
Short runs to become a better & faster runner, but still a social training: This is MRC's Thursday Track Attack; intervals & Core!

As the Bislett is shut today, we will meet up at Skt. Hanshaugen park, and also a bit earlier than usual, we start at 19:00!

No matter how fast/slow/(un)trained you are, you can always run short distances on a "heavy breathing" level to improve your fitness!
