On the 18th of October, we will all meet up at Zen House, starting 1pm
for a wonderful journey into the world of massage, under the gentle and loving guidance of Ionela & Levi, @NathaYogaCenterNorge.
We have included a lecture, meditations, breathing techniques and playful movements, open talks and, the cherry on the cake, – 2 sessions of guided massage to help you put into practice all that we are sharing.
Everything is structured in such a manner so as to allow you to dive into yourselves and assimilate as much as possible from what we have prepared for you, in a playful and relaxed manner.
There is no nudity involved and the sacred, safe space of each participant is upheld and honored.
The setting is cozy and friendly. Our concept is that of alike minded people getting together to discover or rediscover the art of conscious touch and with it, bring beauty and delight into their beings and the beings of those they love.
Please bring: for men, a pair of shorts &, for the ladies, shorts and a 2 pieces bathing suit, a towel & a notebook and a pen might be very useful.
