Warmly welcome to our Sunday Jam, this time at Oslo Teatersenter, Tvillingrom 2!

You can also sms/call 47845084 or 98606130, but we might not be available close to- or during the jam so please reach out in advance. The code is changing from time to time, so you might need to update it if you have the old one :)
This is a jam for all, no matter previous experience in contact improvisation.
The jam goes like this:
18.00: opening circle continued by a guided warm-up
18.45-ish: open jam
20.55: closing circle
If you want to participate in the opening circle and warm-up, we encourage you to arrive so that you are ready for the opening circle at 18.00. It is of course still room for being late, if so please join the circle/warm-up! After 18.30 feel free to come and go as you want.
Music:
We´re exploring different ways of having music/no music as part of the jam. This Sunday there will be music and stillness interchangeably throughout the jam.
Safety:
When dancing contact improv we get to explore our physical boundaries of taking and giving weight, speed, endurance etc. as well as our emotional boundaries.
We encourage you to take good care of yourself and your boundaries and if needed, to communicate them with words. It is totally fine to end a dance without an explanation why if this doesn´t come naturally.
Please don´t hesitate to talk to the jam-responsible person if there is an issue or you have questions about the jam.
What to wear:
We recommend comfortable clothes for movement. Preferable t-shirt/ jumper and pants with full leg length. For safety, put aside jewelleries, watches etc when entering the jam.
Also clean clothes and no perfume is good for this occasion.
Payment: 130 NOK by Vipps to OKI. Cash is also possible.
