Hvordan går det med Norges vei fra fossilt til fornybart? Hvilke fortellinger former debatten, og hvilke krefter driver – eller bremser – skiftet?
Fra 13. -17. oktober arrangerer Grønt kontor Omstillingsuka, hvor vi setter vi søkelys på hvordan Norge kan bevege seg fra olje og gass over på mer bærekraftige energikilder. Hva betyr egentlig energiomstilling i en norsk kontekst – og hva står i veien for at det skjer?
Gjennom foredrag, workshop og panelsamtaler undersøker vi spørsmål som:
- Er olje og gass en bremsekloss, eller kan de være et springbrett for omstilling?
- Hvordan kan kapital, kunnskap og arbeidskraft flyttes dit de trengs?
- Hvilken rolle spiller staten, næringslivet og vi som samfunn i å sikre en rettferdig omstilling?

From October 13-17, Grønt kontor is organizing Transition Week, where we will focus on how Norway can move from oil and gas to more sustainable energy sources. What does energy transition actually mean in a Norwegian context – and what stands in the way of it happening?
Through lectures, workshops, and panel discussions, we will explore questions such as:
- Are oil and gas a hindrance, or can they be a springboard for transition?
- How can capital, knowledge, and labor be moved to where they are needed?
- What role do the state, business and society play in ensuring a fair transition?
