Welcome to this workshop for the kick-off of 2026, a year of New and Magical Beginning!
Before we start anything in life we have to release something or connect with something deeper, laying at our roots, at that moment where Life happens and ignites growth and further development as a human being.
This workshop invites you to a journey within, in deeper layers of your body, psyche and emotional-energetic field, to retrieve something important, something to cherish and honor.
We gather in a circle of bodies and hearts and tap into a wider field of wisdom and healing. Bringing the intention to honor our roots while honoring our heart space and its healing energy, we create a quantum movement forward on our path into life. So we can become more confident of ourselves and our own contribution to the evolving field of information and expression we are part of.
The workshop will start with a round of introduction of the participants, then we tap into the field and bring back ancient ancestral and embryo-stage memories in a sound journey. Creative expression and embodiment follow the patterns of movement opened in the journey and allow for more expansion and interaction. Self-inquiry in pairs, short resonance exercises in small groups and voice/sound activations will create a path into gaining more awareness and connection with own roots, healing imbalances and distorted beliefs. The workshop will end with a ritual for planting an intention for the 2026, a small seed to grow in the heart space, at the beat of her drum.
Around 13.00 we will have a short lunch break, you are welcome to bring your own meal. Teas and dried fruits will be available for shorter breaks in between.
