Healing with Heels- a 4- weeks course

💓This is for women of all ages who want to reconnect with their feminine essence- the slow down- flowy, sensual and emotional selves- in a safe, supportive space.

💖The core teaching is to learn how your own slow breath, sensual awareness and movement can free yourself from anything that feels stuck.


🌹Over these four weeks, we’ll meet once a week for 2 hours. I am using tools like sharings, breath connection, touch, sexy underwear, sensual dance, sexy moves, mirrorwork and ofcorse HIGH HEELS!

🌷Every course and every group is different but the aim is to release what’s been held back by past experiences and belief systems.

🥰It’s perfect for anyone feeling like there’s something missing in their life and wanting to explore more of themselves.
