Procreate Dreams is a new 2D animation app for hand drawn animation and motion graphics, where you don´t need to be an animator to create fun and playful animations.
Procreate Dreams is a complete animation studio on your iPad, where you can also work with photography, video, and sound - and it recently got a HUGE update!
This event is split into three parts – come to some or all of them!
Day 1, Lecture: The day starts with a lecture on what is possible to create with Procreate Dreams. Free for everyone, but registration required! This is possible to join digitally from anywhere.
Day 1, Workshop: Beginners workshop: This workshop is for those who want to get to know Procreate Dreams. Nikko will lead you through the setup and interface, and you will get started with your first animations! Limited seats available, physical attendance only.
Day 2, Workshop: Sunday's workshop is for you who know the app but want to refine your skills and dive deeper into the possibilities of Procreate Dreams. Or maybe you joined the first workshop day and want to "know it all"! Nikko will provide you with a collection of his own art to kickstart you with a more advanced scene in Procreate Dreams. The workshop is focusing on expanding & sharpening your skill set. Limited seats available, physical attendance only.
All attendees to the workshop will get Nikkos favorite Brush-set that you can use in both Procreate & Procreate Dreams. Remember to download and install it both the app and the brushes before the workshop starts!
About the lecturer:
Nikolai Lockertsen (Nikko) has worked in the film/tv/animation industry since the late 90s, with ConceptArt, illustration, animation and VFX. Nikko has worked closely with the Procreate team since 2012 and he does all his work on the iPad with Procreate and Procreate Dreams.
