A 2-hour workshop around Sang Nila Utama and
The Mouse Deer & The Crocodile, blending
storytelling, creativity, and filmmaking techniques.
A short storytelling of Singapore legends followed
by paper cutouts or clay to create the prince, storm,
ship, and the mythical lion that gave Singapore
(Singa-pura) its name.
Participants will also learn how to use their clay
figures to do Stop Motion with clay figures, and their
cutouts in a shadow play, showcasing their work in
a mini-film premiere.
